Bistro 72 is a casually elegant restaurant and lounge located in the Hotel Indigo. Under the auspices of our top chefs, we bring you a distinctive contemporary dining experience on Long Island’s East End. Our cuisine seasonally showcases the finest locally grown ingredients and regional wines. We offer natural and organic options when possible, presenting a delectable menu of fine pairings and great flavors.
Open 365 days a year, we serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Late Night in indoor/outdoor and poolside/fireside dining settings. We also showcase live music each Wednesday through Saturday night, and Summer Sundays.

Located inside The Inn at East Wind, Desmond’s is the in-house Zagat-rated restaurant and pub. Guests never have to go far for a delicious meal at the restaurant or classic cocktail and can choose to eat in the formal dining room or pub for a more casual dining experience.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Desmond’s also hosts a signature Sunday Brunch Buffet. The dining room is the ideal area to host an intimate shower, relaxed rehearsal dinner, or delicious dinner meeting.
Our menus offer a wide array of appetizing items and our staff is happy to tailor the selection to accommodate any allergies or dietary choices.

The Restaurant at the Maidstone Hotel is open from breakfast to a late night cocktails and offers a seasonal and ingredient-driven menu that reflects the bounty of the area.
Specialties include fresh market seafood, signature salad and freshly baked pies. Kids & Dogs get their own special menu. Brunch is severed Saturday & Sunday.

Wading River’s newest restaurant, Ruggero’s serve your favorite family-style classic Italian dishes, from fried calamari to chicken scarpariello, and can be ordered two ways, in either single or family-style portions. The menu at Ruggero’s features a wide array of great selections including specialties like Pappardelle ragu, freshly made burrata, and sacchettini with truffle mushroom sauce made from only the freshest and highest quality ingredients offered with a diverse wine menu featuring selections from every region. A signature cocktail menu offers specialty drink that change with the season. Gluten free and other dietary options are available upon request.
Located at The Shoppes at East Wind, Ruggero’s 200 seats spread across an airy dining room with rustic decor, peering into an open kitchen; a full marble bar with cocktail seating hosts a daily happy hour and a brick patio situated out back for al fresco dining from spring to fall.
